My child has late-stage lyme disease. Can a biomat be put inside a mild hyperbaric chamber? Would I be able to put the biomat right on top of that while my child being treated with the mild hbo?

Don't see why you couldn't put a Bio Mat in the chamber.  As long as there is no water.  Leave the control box outside the chamber if you can, and make sure that no more moisture than an intense sauna would produce is going to be in the chamber. Also, we know four cases of lyme disease in which the Bio Mat has been helpful.

My table needs to be versatile.... can I put a mat of circular magnets on the table under biomat?

Yes, they can be used in conjunction with the Bio Mat, under the mat on the table will be greatly beneficial.

Are biomats safe to lie on for any amount of time ?  I'm worried about electromagnetic rays.  Is there any documentation? Has a Trifield meter been used on the Bio Mat?

Yes, we have seen it tested with three different tri-meters.  Tri-meters usually have an electric setting and a magnetic setting.  When set to electric setting, there should be little or no reading. If you take a tri-meter around your house you'll see that all of your electric outlets and appliances have electric readings, but not the Bio Mat.

If the tri-meter is on the magnetic setting (not to be confused with electromagnetic), you will get a reading, but magnetic waves have never been proven harmful in small doses.  A specialist in EMF's, Dr. Korn, has said that "0-4.5 in magnetic miligaus is absolutely safe, 4.5-7 is established as safe, yet does have a slight effect on the anatomy, neither harmful nor necessarily beneficial, 7-up should be limited when coming from electrical devices." Dr. Korn tested the Bio Mat's magnetic reading at 5.5mg and had no electrical reading more than an instant of insignificant signal right when he turned on the mat.  All things with mass have a magnetic field.  Amethyst crystals have a fairly large magnetic field.  The harmful electromagnetic fields that we should all try to limit and avoid in our lives are 60 cycle, AC (alternating current) electromagnetic fields.  Electromagnetic waves have been proven harmful, and after Nikolai Tesla discovered them and released them, he soon thereafter begged for them to be revoked due to their harmful effects on the human body, yet it is what we find in our homes and most every electrical device.

The biomat is transformed (converted) to a DC (direct current) in its control box, making it much more suitable and harmonizing for contact with the human body.  It has a very different quality to its energy and although will still get a reading on a trimeter, that reading is not the same as a reading from an AC device, which is harmful and blocks the human body's own electrical sensitivity and conduction, interferes with cellular function and communication, etc.

Do you know anything about the safety of using the Bio Mat during pregnancy?

It is totally safe to use the Bio Mat during pregnancy if the pregnat woman limits herself to the first 2-3 lights and not for extended periods (longer than an hour continuous).  It can be great for morning sickness, achy back and body, nausea, pain.  The reason to keep it on low settings is to limit the detoxification and focus on the comforting, soothing, boosting, and restorative functions of the Bio Mat.

It says it is inadvisable to use the mat if you have adrenal suppression or Lupus.  Why is that?

We are unaware of this. Except for use at high levels for extended periods for people with pacemakers, the elderly, pregnant, or young children, this is to not increase circulation too fast for the pacemaker, and not to release toxins to fast for the elderly, pregnant or children. Adrenal suppression would be potentially positively impacted by relaxing the adrenals, increasing blood flow to them and restoring their function.

How does the biomat effect children with disabilities like Autism?

I know a woman who has an autistic son who told me that she has seen great, positive changes in behavior using the Bio Mat with her son and have had reports from other parents that their children's behavior has shifted for the better.  Her son uses the Bio Mat to relax on when he has a rough day at school or is really frustrated, and she says it acts as a safe zone for him when they need it.

I went through a cataract removal surgery recently. Is it true the Bio Mat could burn my artificial lenses?

Don't use it on the front of your head for more than 10-20 minutes at a time on high settingsand that should not be a problem.  I would suggest that keeping the head cool by putting it on the pillow or not directly on the "hot" part of the mat is best, but in the case of rapid recovery, using the mat on the face for 1-2 times a day 10-15 minutes is fine, but do it on low settings. The Amethyst/Tourmaline Pillow keeps your head cool while your body gets hot and so you might want to look at purchasing one of those.

What does the FDA registration actually mean? Is it easy for anyone to get on a product?  Does it make the Bio Mat a more credible health solution than alternative health solutions that are not medically proven?  Is the biomat medically proven?

The FDA medical device number for the Bio Mat is U.S. F.D.A. Medical Device: 2954299. It is the standard for governmental approval of any product made in the USA. It absolutely makes it more credible.  Other devices, especially mats, do not have this. They are not willing to go through this process, and this states to people that we are not trying to hide anything, we know it works, we have back-up to prove that our device does what it says it does, etc.

I want to buy the Amethyst Bio Mat for a patient with spinal cord cancer (mieloma multiple). This patient had already two spinal operations in which three bars and twelve screws made of titanium were inserted. I would like to know if this patient can use the Bio Mat? Do the Far Infrared Rays (FIR) harm or heat titanium producing inflammation around the area? Do FIR would reactivate Spinal cord cancer? At the moment the cancer is inactive. Would Negative Ions help this patient?

The Bio Mat is quite versatile in it's application and settings.  It will be completely suitable for your patient and even his/her titanium pins and rods. The Bio Mat increases circulation and acts as an anti-inflammatory.  If the patient does have a response, the settings can be adjusted to lower the FIR intensity, obtaining comfortable levels of use.  Oour studies and the other studies of FIR on cancer show the Bio Mat's ability to destroy cancer and, in combination with Negative Ions, will create an internal environment that is not suitable for cancer or free radicals.  Negative Ions open the ionic channels on the cell membranes to evictl toxins and absorb nutrients. 

Does the white padding go between the biomat and the bed mattress? Do I place a sheet between myself and the biomat? Can I stain the biomat due to sweating?

The white padding goes on top of the Bio Mat. You will want a mattress pad on top of the bed mattress under the biomat. Then you can put a sheet on top of the padding and the Bio Mat. The padding is washable, but the Bio Mat shouldn't get stained because the padding protects it. You don't want to get the Bio Mat itself wet, that will void the warranty.

I reat an article that said heating tourmaline is not a good idea as it causes the mineral to give off both positive and negative electrical charges. Is that where the negative ions come from? Where is the Tourmaline from?

Tourmaline is the most powerful mineral conductor of negative ions. I prefer the amethyst pro mat and use the pillow with tourmaline in it combined with amethyst. I have only heard great reviews from Japan and Korea about the use of tourmaline in the mat, people are having incredible results. I do not believe that moving light through it is problematic. It becomes heat as the light is expressed outward. The negative ions are a direct conduction current from the Kurera Fibers conducted with the DC current. Additional negative ions are emitted by the crystals as well. Direct conduction negative ions have a cooling energy that might balance out any heat through the tourmaline.

Do you still carry the Bio Mat2000MX with Jade?

Yes, the Jade Bio Mat is still available in the single ($1,160.00 includes shipping) and queen ($1730.00 includes shipping). The reason it is not on the site is because the Amethyst was found to be much more effective, and that Amethyst amplifies Far Infrared Light 200X more powerfully than FIR itself. What is the difference between the amethyst and jade Bio Mats?

Is there a cost break on the beds if you become a distributor?

The prices are the same for everyone, no discount for distributors. Richway doesn't sell to the public. Just to clarify, we are Richway distributors. We set up this website to sell Bio Mats and distributor kits so I could have distributors under me.

What if I want to buy more than one mat?

If you want to buy over 20 at a time, a discount could be worked out. There is a $100 discount on the Bio Mat Professional if you work in a health related field such as a massage therapist or chiropractor. Sorry no wholesale pricing. Everyone pays the same price. The company set it up this way so no one is undercutting someone else and no price pirating occurs.

All prices for the Bio Mats are listed on the Bio Mat page . The prices for Rejuvena, the Amethyst Pillow, Alkal-Life System are all on their respective pages. The Bio Mats are sold thru distributors only, not directly to the public. When a distributor makes a sale they earn a commission. So instead of offering wholesale pricing you earn commissions and this way everybody pays the same. But as a distributor you earn commissions and the % rate goes up with more the more sales you do. What's a Business Center?

A business center is part of the Network Marketing of the Distributor Program. You earn 1 Business Center for every $500 in product you buy or sell.

The way the network marketing program works is you add business centers until you have 6 business centers on each leg. Each business center has 2 legs, a right and a left. You earn business centers for every $500 in product you buy or sell, so when someone else orders through you, they earn business centers just like you just did, but you also earn the same number of business they just earned. When you have 6 business centers on each leg you earn a binary bonus of $400.

What comes in the Distributor Starter Kit?

The Distributors Kit contains several brochures and 10 order forms to get you started. If you don't order a biomat then ordering the kit will give you a business center to start earning commissions, but to become eligible for the binary bonuses and to increase your commission rates you will need to order product. I believe it is setup this way because how can you really tell someone how great a product is if you don't use it yourself? We do.

I would begin as a Distributor earning 5% of the sales price?

Yes, you start out at 5% then after $4500 in sales including your own order(s) you go up to 7%. Then after another $6000 in sales you go up to 10%.  Then after another $6000 in sales you go up to 20%. The binary bonus of $400 comes when you have 6 business centers on each leg. If you have more questions please ask or read the Be A Distributor page. You don't earn commissions on your own orders because you are ordering thru your sponsor who is a distributor too.

Yes, we can special order a 220v version. It takes 30-45 days. There is no extra cost for a 220v version. How long after I place my order will I receive my order?

We try to ship within 1-2 business days upon receipt of payment, but shipping may take up to 14 business days.  Shipping times vary.  We will notify you if there will be a significant delay in shipping your product(s) to you.  We ship UPS, sorry but we cannot deliver to (PO Box) Postal Boxes.  Shipping address must a physical address.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally via FedEx, but additional fees apply. Additional fees will be added after you order based on your location. Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, Alaska, and Puerto Rico will add additional $20. Canada residents do not have additional shipping charges, but must pay duty and import tax fees. Do I have to buy a biomat to become a distributor?

Distributor Terms

To become a Distributor of RichWay International, Inc., a person (or legal entity) needs to purchase the Distributors Kit for $27.95 +s&h. If you have yet to make your initial purchase, purchase a Distributor Kit so you can start earning referral income right away. RichWay International Inc., willfully accept applicants for new Independent Representatives (herein referred to as I.R.) to market their products to retail customers. Whereas: the applicant is interested in becoming an I.R., and earning compensation for the sale of Company Products to the retail customer. Therefore these persons enter and agree to the Terms and Conditions herein set forth:

1. All application details must be filled out completely and properly. RichWay and biomat.com will not be responsible for loss of commissions or bonuses, nor delays in Distributor registrations due to errors by Distributors in preparing, or sending in this application or other documents.
2. Distributor I.D. number. RichWay will issue each Distributor a RichWay I.D. number. Please use the RichWay I.D. number for all communications. Distributors are requested to use their I.D. number on their marketing materials and customer orders.
3. Distributor Limitation. Only one distributorship per person shall be given. All distributors must be of legal age as defined by the state in which the distributor resides.

Returns

RichWay International, Inc. warranty term is 1 year.  If there are any problems with the product, the company will repair or exchange the product.  The complete warranty is included with the product.  The manufacturers' warranty covers repair or replacement of defective parts, subject to the conditions set forth. Shipping charges are not refundable. We do not pay for postage on returns. International customers are responsible for duty taxes and shipping if order is refused.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for exchange or refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) within 30 days subject to less refund depending on refund period.  You may cancel this transaction without any penalty or obligation within 7 days after receipt of the product. If you cancel any payment made by you under the contract or sale will be returned following receipt by RichWay of your product for return.
If you cancel, you must return the product in substantially as good condition as when received any goods delivered to you under the contract or sale.
Call RichWay for a return authorization number which you write on the package under their address. Item(s) must be shipped back to RichWay International.  All returned merchandise must be in original factory condition, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, warranty cards (not filled-out) and all accessories.  Please do not tape or write anything on the item!  We will charge you for replacement of damaged, altered, missing, written-on or taped-on contents or cartons.  We reserve the right to refuse any such returns.
Please pack the products into a shipping box with plenty of packing material, and tape securely. You can use the original shipping carton it was shipped to you in.
